The Tank-Weld Group has invested USD$50 Million for the purchase and development of the Rio Bueno Port in Trelawny. This includes the modification of the previous needle pier into a wharf, the construction of warehouses and some 10 acres of adjoining lands. Altogether including the Port, the land holding is 40 acres. This will be one of the most substantial investments made by a local company.

The acquisition will provide a platform for the expansion and consolidation of the Group's operations in the local construction and infrastructure sectors.
